General Terms & Conditions

  1. The BLOOMLINE.NET Online Store is operated by Bloomline Coryphée b.v., Dagpauwoog 2, NL-3295 PG 's Gravendeel, Netherlands, company registration 23059539 at the Chamber of Commerce in Rotterdam. Creditcard transactions and customer service are handled by Sony DADC Austria AG, Niederalm 282, A-5081 Anif, Austria, company registration FN 34018 at LG Salzburg.
  2. Prices are including VAT and shipping. Import duties apply to all non-EU shipments.
  3. All payments at the BLOOMLINE.NET Online Store shall be made by credit card. We accept VISA, Eurocard/Mastercard, Diners Club and American Express. Credit cards are not charged before the ordered goods have been shipped.
  4. In order to protect the information you submit we are using Secure Socket Layer-technology.
  5. For your convenience and to ensure proper handling of your order we are using 'cookies'. A cookie is nothing else than an ID-number on your local hard drive that helps us remember who you are. If we wouldn't do this, you would need to re-enter all necessary information every time you would visit our website. Cookies are not harmful to your computer or to the data stored on your hard drive. They do not contain information that can be used by others.
  6. The BLOOMLINE.NET Online Store will not use any information supplied by you without your permission.
  7. Your ordered items will be shipped within the time specified for the article in our store, otherwise you will be duly informed. In spite of a large warehouse it can occur that an item is temporarily out of stock.
  8. If any goods received are damaged, please let us know immediately and inform us whether you would like to have a replacement item or get a credit for your payment. You may send the damaged item back to the Store manager within 10 days. As we are not able to credit any item which our Store manager does not receive, we recommend to send your returns via a registered mail service.
  9. You may return any unwanted item within 7 days as long as its seal has not been opened. We will credit you for the net price, including VAT for orders inside the EU. We do not refund shipping costs.

  11. Dutch law shall exclusively apply to all quotations, sales and transactions, as well as to these Terms & Conditions. All disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions be referred to the courts having jurisdiction in Rotterdam, Netherlands, waiving any other venue of jurisdiction.
